Compete's Small Group and Team Training programs focus on your team's needs and are available at our facilities or at your practice facility. Your team or group will receive:

- Customized training that concentrates on maximizing the athleic ability of every athlete on the team.  
- Injury prevention to keep the entire team healthy and competitive.

Your team will also receive pre and post testing to track progress and success! For as little as $10 per athlete per session, your team will get access to the science based training programs that will keep your help your team get an edge over the competition!
