Founded in 2009 by Chris Phillips, who has spent more than 20 years in professional sports, Compete Sports Performance & Rehab focuses on transforming individuals of all athletic levels into the best  athletes they can be. Compete Sports Performance and Rehab, based in Lake Forest, CA has grown into a first class operation working with some of the best athletes and teams while supporting many youth club organizations and high schools in Orange County and Los Angeles.

Compete Sports Performance and Rehab is proud to announce that they are now an Official Partner of The Rinks. “I’m excited to further our relationship with the organization that I have been involved with for many years. Both groups are committed to growing the sport of hockey in California and I feel we have both made an impact in doing so.” stated Chris Phillips, owner of Compete and former Head Athletic Trainer of the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim.  Compete has locations inside The Rinks in Westminster and 3100 square foot facility in Lake Forest. They offer sports performance training, personal training and sports injury rehab. Compete clients have had over 75 college commitments since opening in 2009.

The Rinks Marketing Manager, Jesse Chatfield noted “Compete Sports Performance has been a long term partner of The Rinks, having a location in The Rinks – Westminster ICE since that facility was opened. They offer the latest in sports performance training for athletes that are looking to take their game to the next level and rehab to help injured athletes get back on the ice as soon as possible.”

With THE RINKS Development Program launch in February 2009, the Ducks operate seven local skating facilities: four ice rinks (THE RINKS – Anaheim ICE, THE RINKS – Westminster ICE, THE RINKS –Yorba Linda ICE, and THE RINKS – Lakewood ICE), as well as three inline facilities (THE RINKS – Huntington Beach Inline THE RINKS – Irvine Inline and THE RINKS – Corona Inline).
